Inclusive Participation

Our studio embraces individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring a welcoming space for everyone passionate about dance. Our varied class schedule is designed to meet different interests and time commitments.

 

Account Registration and Booking

Users are not required to create an account to book classes at our studio. Users choosing to book classes without an account must provide necessary information for each booking transaction. All users, regardless of account status, agree to provide accurate and current information for booking purposes and acknowledge that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, where applicable.

Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Participants are advised to wear athletic attire and engage within their physical limits. The studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation. Students participate at their own risk.

 

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Participants are expected to adhere to punctuality, respect instructors and fellow students, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Personal hygiene must be maintained to ensure a comfortable environment for all.

 

Age Restrictions

Participants must be at least 14 years old to enroll in our dance classes. For those under 18, which is the age of majority in Ontario, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent. This consent can be given in two forms: either through direct attendance in the class with the minor or by sending a detailed consent email to our designated studio address. The email should include the parent or guardian's full name, relationship to the minor, and explicit permission for the minor to attend specific classes.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

 

Governing Law

This agreement is subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada. In case of any disputes, resolution processes will adhere to the prevailing laws.
