CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a Salsa & Sabor pass and prevent the next automatic billing, members must submit a cancellation request to Salsa & Sabor at least one week before the next scheduled billing date. This can be done through the student's account or by directly contacting Salsa & Sabor if the student does not have an online account. Membership fees are charged at a flat rate, independent of the number of classes attended or booked.

 

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for memberships that are not used or if the student fails to cancel in time.

 

 

To cancel a Salsa & Sabor drop-in class reservation and qualify for a refund, members must submit a cancellation request to Salsa & Sabor at least 24 hours before the class's scheduled start time. This cancellation can be processed through the student's account or by directly contacting Salsa & Sabor if the student does not have an online account.

If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the class start time, or in the case of a no-show, the payment will not be refunded.

 

Membership Adjustments and Refund Exceptions
While our policy is generally non-refundable, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or significant life events) may necessitate special consideration. In such instances, members are encouraged to contact Salsa & Sabor with relevant documentation to discuss potential adjustments or exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
